Refunds Policy

The shot is as described, it is hand picked and will have no faults. If in doubt, please contact me before buying or buy a sample, which will be refunded when placing an order.
 
Contact me before returning any product. A refund will be given less the original postage.
 
Owing to the high cost of postage, return postage will have to be paid by the customer.
 
1st class post is normally next day with the package designed to suit 1 x 7 inch letter box. The customer is responsible for accepting delivery. If there is a problem, please contact me before placing order.
 
Use "Contact Us", at the time of ordering, to send your contact name, phone number, delivery address and any problems otherwise this can cause a failed delivery.
 
Please make certain that you can accept Courier delivery, usually next morning after booking confirmed order (see Courier Charge).
 
Orders returned due to failed delivery will be cancelled and only the cost of product refunded. Any costs incured will be deducted.
